Description
The DCM2322T72S53A0T60 is part of the Vicor DCM family of isolated, regulated DC-DC converter modules built in the 2322 ChiP package. The converter uses a high-frequency zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) topology to reach efficiencies up to 93 percent across its wide input range, and its thermal structure allows the full 100 W to be delivered from a compact surface with no external heat sink in many installations. Outputs can be trimmed and modules can be paralleled, up to eight units, for higher power arrays with built-in current sharing. The 2322 package measures 22.0 x 16.5 x 7.2 mm and the 72 V nominal input option is designed around rail and telecom bus voltages; this 48 V output version is widely used in rolling-stock and infrastructure power systems. Typical uses are industrial equipment, telecom and datacom power architectures, test and measurement systems and high-performance computing rails. Safety approvals: cURus, cTUVus and CB to IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60950-1 and 62368-1, CE marked, RoHS compliant. Order code shown is the complete part number including product grade and mounting style. Official datasheet: Vicor DCM 2322.
