Description
The ISO7741DWR is TI’s robust-EMC quad-channel digital isolator in a wide SOIC-16 (DW) package. The capacitive isolation barrier supports 100 Mbps signalling with a 5000 VRMS isolation rating, up to 12.8 kV surge immunity and +/-100 kV/us typical CMTI, making it suitable for dense industrial backplanes as well as motor drives. Channels are arranged 3-forward/1-reverse with default-high outputs, and both sides operate from 2.25 V to 5.5 V for mixed-logic level translation. Power consumption is a typical 1.5 mA per channel at 1 Mbps. Specified over -55 C to +125 C. Official datasheet: TI ISO774x (SLOS951).
