Description
The TXC 7M-12.000MAAJ-T is a 12.000 MHz fundamental-mode quartz crystal in the 7M series, a 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.7 mm seam-sealed ceramic SMD package. Frequency tolerance is +/-30 ppm at 25 C and frequency stability is +/-30 ppm over -20 to +70 C, with 18 pF load capacitance and a maximum motional resistance of 150 ohm in the 10-12 MHz band. 12 MHz is the standard reference for USB full-speed links, audio codecs and low-power radio transceivers, so this part is normally designed in beside the MCU clock input. Drive level 1-200 uW (100 uW typical), aging +/-3 ppm in the first year, RoHS compliant and Pb free, supplied on tape and reel.
