Description
The TXC 7C-25.000MBB-T is a 25.000 MHz CMOS oscillator in a 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.2 mm four-pad SMD package, operating from 3.3 V with +/-50 ppm stability over -10 to +70 C. 25 MHz is the reference used by Fast Ethernet PHYs and by many FPGA and SoC clock trees, and because the part is a complete oscillator it removes the load-capacitor matching step from the design. A tri-state enable pin allows the output to be disabled during programming or low-power states. Suitable for Ethernet PHY clocking, industrial control boards and instrumentation. RoHS compliant, tape and reel.
