Description
The TMS320F28335PGFA is a member of TI’s C2000 Delfino real-time microcontroller family, built for industrial motor drives, solar inverters, digital power and EV/transportation control. It combines a 150 MHz 32-bit C28x core with an IEEE 754 single-precision FPU, 512 KB (256K x 16) on-chip flash, 68 KB RAM, a 6-channel DMA, a 16/32-bit external memory interface (XINTF), up to 18 PWM outputs (6 with 150-ps HRPWM), two CAN modules, three SCI UARTs, McBSP, SPI and I2C, plus a 12-bit 16-channel ADC with 80-ns conversion.
