Description
The INA240A1DR is TI’s ultra-precise bidirectional current sense amplifier in SOIC-8 (D), with enhanced PWM rejection that suppresses large common-mode transients typical of inverter and motor-drive phase nodes. It operates with common-mode from -4 V to 80 V independent of supply, offers 132 dB DC CMRR and 93 dB AC CMRR at 50 kHz, and integrates the reference pins so shunt values below 1 mOhm can be used directly. The A1 gain option is fixed at 20 V/V with maximum gain error of 0.20% and offset of +/-25 uV. Typical applications are BLDC/PMSM motor drives, solar inverters, UPS and HVAC compressors. Specified over -40 C to +125 C. Official datasheet: TI INA240 (SBOS848).
