ABB is a Swiss-Swedish group in electrification and automation, and the CLMD range is its dry low-voltage power capacitor line for reactive power compensation in industrial, commercial and building networks. CLMD units use metallised polypropylene film with self-healing behaviour, vermiculite filling and built-in discharge resistors, and are rated from 230 V to 690 V.
