Description
The TPS22918DBVR is TI’s 5.5 V, 2 A onboard load switch in SOT-23-6 (DBV). An external capacitor on the CT pin sets the output slew rate, controlling inrush current when switching rails such as modules, displays and peripherals. Controlled turn-on, integrated reverse-current protection and a quick-output-discharge option give clean power sequencing for portable instruments, battery-powered equipment and hot-pluggable industrial I/O. The on-resistance stays low across the 1 V to 5.5 V input range, including at elevated temperature. Specified over -40 C to +125 C. Official datasheet: TI TPS22918 (SLVSD76).
