Description
The TPS3808G33DBVR is TI’s low-quiescent-current, programmable-delay supervisory circuit in SOT-23-6 (DBV), with a fixed 3.3 V threshold (G33 grade). It generates a power-on reset with 0.5% typical threshold accuracy, and the delay time is adjustable from 1.25 ms to 10 s using a single capacitor, ensuring reliable boot of DSPs and microcontrollers even with slow-rising supplies. Quiescent current is a typical 2.4 uA, so battery-powered and always-on industrial systems pay almost nothing for supervision. Manual reset input and open-drain RESET output make it easy to combine multiple supervision sources. Specified over -40 C to +125 C. Official datasheet: TI TPS3808 (SLVS877).
